With SmartDispatch Driver, you can now accept bookings from online all within your Apple iPhone. A tap is all it takes to be available for all SmartDispatch orders that are available from your dispatch office.
Your dispatch office must have a registered account of SmartDispatch in order to fully use this mobile application.
SmartDispatch driver is free to use and easy to sign up. All you need is to sign up with your email address, company Cloud ID that you drive for, and your vehicle number. No credit card required!
Once you are signed up you can contact your dispatch office manager to configure your access with the email address used during registration and the vehicle number of your car.

3. Wait for your next fare
Get turn-by-turn directions with the use of the built-in Maps app from Apple and navigate quickly to the pick up or drop off location.
We understand that driver safety is important and we incorporate verbal updates on your current vehicle status, fare updates, messages from the dispatch office, and more.
A simple swipe of the screen to the left or right will reveal a wealth of information just a simple tap away.
Swipe right and you will see a simple list comprised of your active Fare & Job screen, Canned messages, Job History, and Message log of the most recent messages from your dispatch office.
Swipe left and you will have a list of zones where work is gathered and other useful information. Swipe down on the list and it will automatically refresh with the active areas where work can be found.
You can also Bid on jobs by tapping the Bid Open Job button and submitting your request.
SmartDispatch uses location services when "Checked In" is selected. Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life, so please tap the "Check Off" button when you are not working.
